Per-product release notes for the Spec0 platform, CLI, and mock-server.

Each product cuts releases independently:

  • CLI (npm) — releases via vX.Y.Z tag on spec-0/CLI. Auto-generated GitHub release notes.
  • Mock server — Docker image releases on spec-0/mock-server.
  • Platform — continuously deployed; surface changes show up in the API reference.

Per-product changelog feeds (auto-pulled from GitHub Releases) land in Phase 2.
